70-year-old man flogged by Local Councillor for stealing pumpkin in Uganda

A 70-year-old man, who was caught red handed stealing pumpkin in Sheema District of Uganda, was reportedly punished by the Local Councillor who flogged him.

 

EEye Uganda who shared photos on Facebook wrote;

Hunger & Poverty bite hard in Sheema District

70 year oldman caught stealing a pumpkin, in photos LC1 C/man decides to punish the old man with canes.
