Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, has said his team must be prepared to suffer, when they face Lionel Messi and his Barcelona team-mates on Tuesday night in the Champions League round of 16.
The Premier League champions take on the LaLiga leaders at Stamford Bridge, looking to put behind their mixed run of form.
Messi has never scored against the Blues. When asked how he plans to handle the Argentine superstar, manager Antonio Conte said: “This is a good question. We are talking about the best player in the world.
“He has the capacity to solve the situation and create the chance when you don’t see it. It means we are talking about a fantastic player.
“But not only Messi but Suarez is a dangerous player. We have to stop all of Barcelona and work very hard and know during the game that we must prepare to suffer.”
